On January 19, Kubota University launched a new live-online training series called Customer Corral. The goal of this training series is to provide dealer sales representatives and KTC employees with a greater perspective on the challenges and opportunities faced by the people who use Kubota equipment.

The first Customer Corral focused on the beef cattle industry. Participants gained awareness of the challenges and opportunities these customers face from President of the Colorado Cattlemen's Association, Janie Vanwinkle. Senior Product Marketing Manager, David Palmer followed Janie’s portion by discussing specific Kubota products and how they meet the needs of cattle producers.
The first session of KU’s Customer Corral was a hit with over 100 participants. Feedback from various participants includes “Great to have industry experts!” “Great job, really like this way of learning,” and “Having the "real world" input from VanWinkle Ranch was a good thing.”

A recorded version of the session is available here for KTC employees to view. Stay tuned for more Customer Corral trainings to come!
