It’s a bird, no, it’s a plane, no- it’s a Kubota! Your social feed may look a bit more orange across the next few months as we’re ramping up our efforts across platforms with contests, Facebook Groups, and even bringing dealers along with our Social Media Dealer Pilot Group.
First, we’ve kicked things off with a Kubota Kids photo contest soliciting submissions by kids 12 years old and younger to capture pictures of their favorite Kubota equipment until February 19th. Next, we’re going deeper in our interactions with customers by creating our first ever Kubota Facebook Group. This first group will be focused on customers who use equipment for ‘residential’ purposes but we’ll be rolling out three more tailored groups to key audiences in 2021 including Construction, Commercial Turf, and Ag & Hay. Lastly, we are running a dealer social media pilot program this year where we’ll be working on strategic alignment with dealers as it relates to marketing Kubota on their social media channels. We’ve already hosted our first meeting with the selected group and have created a Facebook Group for them to join to continue the conversation. Our objective is to track, learn, and optimize this year with a goal of building a strong, expanded program for 2022.
