Masato Yoshikawa

Masato Yoshikawa – President and CEO, Kubota Tractor Corporation (KTC)

A 36-year Kubota veteran, President Yoshikawa took office as KTC President in October 2013. Prior to this appointment, he most recently held the position of General Manager, Corporate Planning & Control Department for Kubota Corporation, headquartered in Osaka, Japan. During his tenure with Kubota, Yoshikawa has spent nearly 13 years in US-based assignments, most recently as President, Kubota Credit Corporation, from 2003-2007. In that capacity, Yoshikawa played a significant role in developing the retail credit segment of KTC’s business, which has greatly influenced the company’s growth in recent years. Since assuming office, President Yoshikawa has been a champion for process improvement throughout the organization, continuing the company’s forward momentum. In 2017, Yoshikawa was named Director and Managing Executive Officer at KTC-parent Kubota Corporation (KBT) in Osaka, Japan.

David Sutton

David Sutton – President, Kubota Credit Corporation (KCC)

David Sutton began his career with Kubota in 2007 as Vice President of KCC. A finance professional with 34 years of industry experience, he was promoted to President in October 2010, becoming the first American to occupy this office. Under his leadership, KCC has implemented policies and systems to return more than 90 percent of loan decisions to dealers in under 15 minutes, greatly facilitating the dealer sales process. Sutton has also led the exponential growth of Kubota’s property and casualty insurance agency, KTAC, providing Kubota dealers with additional product offerings to better serve their customers.

Todd Stucke

Todd Stucke – Senior Vice President, Marketing, Product Support & Strategic Projects

Todd Stucke is an industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience in both equipment and agriculture. Prior to his current position, Stucke led the Ag & Turf Division for Kubota as Vice President of Ag & Turf from 2013-2015. Under his leadership, Kubota introduced its first line of Kubota-branded Hay Tools to US customers, and debuted its highest horsepower tractor to-date: the M7 Series. This milestone product introduction marked Kubota’s entry in to the commercial livestock and row crop production markets, a segment where the company had never before competed. As Senior Vice President of Marketing, Product Support and Strategic Projects at Kubota Tractor Corporation, Stucke supported the acquisition effort of Great Plains Manufacturing, including the industry leading 3-point implement producing Land Pride division, to further expand the Kubota market reach. Stucke is ultimately responsible for ensuring that Kubota’s marketing, dealer development and product support strategies collectively achieve a 360° approach to customer experience excellence. Stucke was elected to serve as treasurer for the Assn. of Equipment Manufacturers 2018 Board of Directors, where he held a previous role on the AEM Ag Sector Board.

Dan Jones

Dan Jones – Vice President, Legal, Human Resources & Administration

Dan Jones has been with Kubota since 2010 and currently has responsibility for Kubota’s legal, security, risk management, human resources and administration functions as Vice President, Legal, Human Resources & Administration. He is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of human resources, distribution, and operations management experience within the machinery, food and beverage, and recreational vehicles industries. He has an extensive background in risk management, organizational design, policies and procedures and human resources. Jones has held senior level roles for three Fortune 500 companies and, as such, recognizes the importance of carefully managing risk. Having previously served as Vice President, Human Resources and Administration for Kubota, Jones was promoted to this role to maintain oversight of the company’s personnel, risk management and compliance matters.

Alex Woods

Alex Woods – Vice President, Sales Operations, Supply Chain & Parts

Alex Woods was promoted from Vice President, Divisional Operations to Vice President, Sales Operations, Supply Chain and Parts in 2017. He has spent the entirety of his career in the equipment industry working closely with dealers, providing them with valuable insight and support. With over 25 years of experience, Woods has held positions ranging from Parts Sales Manager to Territory Manager to District Sales Manager. As the leader of a cross functional team, he played an instrumental part in the successful launch of the Kommander, Kubota's residential zero turn mower. As part of his current role, Woods is responsible for streamlining operations across all four of Kubota’s divisions in the US in an effort to better support Kubota dealers and customers.
